Wondering how much kiwi’s use the internet?   Here’s some quick facts pulled from the World Internet Study New Zealand, 2013, from AUT.  You can the full study here.

• 92% of New Zealanders user the internet
• 89% of kiwi internet users check their email daily
• 80% New Zealanders spend an hour or more online at home every day.
• 73% of kiwis feel that the internet is an important or very important part of their life.
• 68% of kiwi internet users had used their mobile phone to go on the net in the last year.
• 67% of New Zealanders feel confident in their ability to use the internet, scoring themselves 4/5 or 5/5.
