Customer Support Team Assistant - Temporary

Three month part-time role.

Booking Rooster provides training and event management software to clients nationally. We are looking for someone to join our small, highly professional customer support team on a part-time temporary basis while we trial a new service.  

The Role

The role is based at our Oropi office 10 hours per week. You’ll be working with clear instructions from two experienced team members to:
  • Use the company’s software to
    • set-up up new courses or events,
    • make and change bookings,
    • enter data.
  • Test new features of the software:
    • use test sites as real users would,
    • report potential problems via email to the project team.
  • Answer calls and emails related to a specific element of client support.
 
This is a three-month appointment related to the trial of a new service. Whether on-going work is available will depend on the outcome of the service trial.

Skills Needed

Experienced in using computer software in an administration role.
Quick to learn.
Accurate and able to pay attention to detail.
Clear, concise written English.
Friendly, professional telephone manner.
A positive approach.
